CBD Research Shows Significant Positive Effects on Anxiety and Stress

Two year CBD research report shows significant positive effects on anxiety and stress.

Analysis provides another tool that allows CBD business owners to educate their customers.

There are many urgent questions about CBD. How effective is it, how much should I take, under what conditions will it help? A new study, the first cannabinoid nutritional supplement meta-analysis, sheds light on these questions.

Anxiety and Stress

In a study of 76 articles from the past two years, more than 70% of cannabidiol (CBD) studies on anxiety and stress reveals positive results. The meta-analysis focused on the CBD isolate and grouped the research into different categories, including the effects of CBD on depression, sleep, panic attacks, dementia, inflammation, metabolism, behavior, Parkinson’s and psychiatric disorders. Studies in humans and animals were included in the review.

“After analyzing a 10 month study, I was amazed at how much anxious and depressed people can benefit from incorporating CBD into their lives, but we also know the importance of doing more research, especially on CBD influences . liver function, ”said Dr. Marcelo Ferro, lead author and biochemist at Nutrition Formulators, Inc.

Regarding anxiety, studies show that CBD reduces predictive anxiety like public speaking by affecting the part of the brain that processes emotional information.

Depression

The study also revealed a 66.6% positive improvement for doctors using CBD as another therapy for depression.

Dosage

One of the biggest questions was how much CBD should be used. The dosage reported ranged widely between a daily dose of 50 mg and 600 mg. In addition, more research is needed into the influence of CBD side effects on liver function and the interaction of CBD in the body. In addition, the study authors pointed out the need for studies with larger populations that reached a statistically significant level.

“This is just a stepping stone to learn more about the extraordinary cannabidiol compound. We also need to know some other information to understand how useful it is to people, so people can use it as sparingly as possible. Many of our commercial CBD customers are looking for research-based information to educate their customers. This research is a step in that direction, ”said Adolfo Graubard, CEO of Nutrition Formulators, Inc.

NFI is recently working on additional CBD analysis focusing on neuro-inflammation and autism in collaboration with numerous analysis institutions.
